I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ?
Since we are not like any of the other companies around, when you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

How much is shipping?

For other items it would Usually take 2-4 weeks, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 128-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Doku.

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?
If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.

How do I Cancel an Order?
If you decide you want to cancel an order, Contact Us with the order number. If we've already sent your order to the printer then we will be unable to cancel as it will already be in the process of printing or shipping.

Where are my items coming from?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
I want to change my order/address, can I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same days they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at support@beatdrop.zendesk.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.  In that case, you can send the wrong item to our warehouse and once received we can send out a corrected item.
